Braised mackerel with soy sauce
Overview
It is a very simple way to cook fish. The fish is stewed in Korean soybean paste. There is no need to marinate it in advance or fry it. You can enjoy the fish with a strong soybean flavor just by simmering it.

Remove the dirt, scales and wash the mackerel.

Prepare chopped green onions and Korean soybean paste.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and stir-fry the soybean paste until fragrant.

Add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add fish.

Add water.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer until the soup is thick and the fish is fragrant.
