Homemade bread crumbs
Overview
I ran out of bread crumbs at home, so I made a homemade version using white steamed buns, which is simple, convenient and affordable.

A light white steamed bun.

Cut into cubes.

Put it in the oven, set the middle layer to upper and lower heat, 150 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes, until the buns are dry.

Put it into a grinding cup and grind it finely. I grind the coarse part again with a dumpling stick.
