Stir-fried beef with papaya
Overview
My parents went back to their hometown and brought back a beautiful papaya. I heard that it is delicious when used to stir-fry beef. Papaya stewed in bone soup is delicious, but I have never eaten papaya stir-fried beef, so we gave it a try.

Let me show you this melon. It’s very big, beautiful, and tempting. It's not yet ripe, but it's quite sweet and firm, suitable for frying.

Marinate the beef with starch and minced ginger for 20 minutes.

Cut a small piece of papaya, peel and remove seeds.

Then cut it into strips. I didn’t expect that such a small piece could be cut into a big plate. It felt so much better.

Heat the pan with cold oil and stir-fry the ginger.

Add beef and stir-fry until half cooked, add papaya.

Fry the beef and papaya until cooked and season with salt.

The final product tastes okay.
