Garlic Pork Chops

Garlic Pork Chops

Overview

The pork chops on this menu are cooked in two ways. Personally, I think the first one is fried with bread crumbs, which makes it delicious and the crispiness remains long-lasting. The second one is dipped in eggs and fried in bread crumbs. The fried crispiness does not last long and becomes soft easily (because it is coated with eggs)

  20. Picture of the finished product. There are two ways to cook the pork chops. Personally, I think the first way is fried with flour (crispy fried powder), which makes it delicious and the crispness remains long-lasting. The second way is dipped in eggs and fried in bread crumbs. It looks better when fried, but the crispiness is not long and easy to become soft (because it is coated with eggs)
