Garlic Pork Chops
Overview
The pork chops on this menu are cooked in two ways. Personally, I think the first one is fried with bread crumbs, which makes it delicious and the crispiness remains long-lasting. The second one is dipped in eggs and fried in bread crumbs. The fried crispiness does not last long and becomes soft easily (because it is coated with eggs)

Cut the tenderloin into thin slices and tap it gently with a rolling pin to enhance the flavor while marinating

Add some salt, onion, ginger, and pepper to the tenderloin, then add an appropriate amount of Orleans marinade and a little more minced garlic and marinate for 2-3 hours (put it in the refrigerator for more flavor)

Then put the pork chops into the breading flour and rub it with your hands for a while to make the breading flour sticky. Then hold the pork chops with your hands and gently shake off the excess flour. Then put it in water for a while. Repeat the above steps for more than four times. In this way, more scales will appear and it will look good when fried

Heat the oil in a pot until it is 50% hot. Add the pork chops and fry over medium-low heat until golden brown. Then remove and wait until the oil temperature reaches 70-80% hot. Add the pork chops again and fry for another five seconds.
