Break the beans into pieces and blanch them in hot water. If you overcook the beans, they will be toxic if eaten undercooked

Cut the ginger and garlic into strips. Add oil to the pan and stir-fry the ginger and garlic until golden brown. Add the beans

Stir-fry until the color becomes darker and it feels like it is cooked. Add salt and stir-fry (usually one and a half tablespoons of the seasoning spoon at home is enough)

Add a small amount of water, cover and simmer for a minute

Add half a spoonful of MSG and a spoonful of chicken essence, stir-fry and serve immediately
