Bone broth pot helmet
Overview
The homemade Guokui is combined with Shi Yunsheng's rich broth to make a bone soup Guokui. The finished dish is light in color, the soup is delicious, and the Guokui is chewy.

Soak the fungus, wash and tear into small pieces.

Soak daylily until soft and wash.

Cut the soaked daylily into small pieces.

Dice Guokui.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot.

Add the condensed meat and bone broth.

Bring to a boil.

Add the fungus and day lily and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add vermicelli and cook for 3 minutes.

Place the cut guokui into a bowl.

Pour the cooked soup on top.
