Snow White Strawberry Cake
Overview
[Snow White Strawberry Cake] Even novice decorators can do it easily. Making a cake by yourself was something that was really unthinkable before. Thanks to all my friends, I started to make it myself slowly and little by little. This cake was given to my sister as a small wedding anniversary gift. I used bright red strawberries and white cream, and chose a flower pattern that didn’t require decorating skills. Hehe, we can avoid those projects that we are not strong in! I don’t think I’ve posted a post about the chiffon cake yet. I’ll share it after I take a serious photo of it. I started baking with Qifeng. After countless failures, I finally made it, and my skills are quite solid. Praise yourself if you can. Ingredients: Eight-inch chiffon, a large box of whipping cream (can’t be used up), appropriate amount of strawberries, appropriate amount of white sugar, method:

Steps
-
Slice the cool chiffon cake into two or three pieces.
-
Wash the strawberries with light salt water.
-
Cut the strawberries into small cubes and set aside.
-
Pour the light cream into a basin, add sugar, the ratio of sugar to cream is about 1:10, and beat at low speed. The light cream needs to be refrigerated for more than 12 hours. If the temperature is high, it is best to beat it in ice water. The degree of whipping of the light cream is more important. If it is not whipped enough, it will not be well styled, and if it is too whipped, it will look rough. This depends on experience and feeling. You will understand after playing it a few times. If you overbeat it for less than an hour, it will be better to add some whipping cream and beat it again. Be sure to beat the cream at low speed.
-
Take a piece of cake, place it on the decorating table, put on the whipped cream, spread with chopped strawberries, add a piece of cake, and put on the whipped cream,
-
If there are two layers of cake, start directly with butter. If there are three layers of cake, repeat the process.
-
Smooth all the buttercream as much as possible and decorate later. It doesn't matter if there are slight imperfections.
-
The cream on the top of the cake is slightly thicker so that it is easier to place the strawberries. Cut the strawberries in half and arrange them into a flower shape.
-
Use a piping bag to cut small openings, pipe out lines of buttercream, and the cake is ready.
