Prepare the materials in the picture~

Cut the frog into pieces, add minced ginger (the finer the minced ginger, the better), peanut oil, salt and a little soy sauce to marinate

Wash the rice and put it into a casserole. After washing the eels, put them directly into the casserole where the rice has been washed (the eels are put in alive)

Use scissors to cut off the eel's tail alive and let the blood flow out as the eel swims. (This step is the key to the whole porridge, so that the porridge made with blood water will be sweet)

Put the pot with bleeding water on the gas, turn on low heat and simmer until it boils

After boiling, take out the eel and continue to cook the porridge

Remove the internal organs from the eel, cut into small pieces, and add to the marinated frog for later use

Continue to cook the rice porridge until the rice blooms

After the porridge is cooked, add eels and frogs, continue to cook, season, and simmer for another 15 minutes
