Coconut Pudding Pudding
Overview
Vegan Arrowroot Pudding. Does not contain egg milk and sugar. The sap of Canadian sugar maple trees has a very high sugar content. Use it to make maple syrup. This maple syrup is as sweet as honey, has a unique flavor and is rich in minerals. It is a pure natural nutritional product and can be used as a sweetener instead of sugar.

pack of arrowroot powder (25 grams), 150 grams of soy milk, 100 grams of coconut milk, 30 grams of maple syrup, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, appropriate amount of blueberries (optional, or not added)

Pour the arrowroot powder into the pot, first add a little soy milk, mix it with the arrowroot powder until the arrowroot powder is completely dissolved in the soy milk, then pour all the remaining soy milk into the pot

Bring the mixed liquid in the pot to a boil over medium heat and then turn down the heat to low. Start from high heat and stir constantly until the liquid becomes thick and then turn off the heat

You can also add some blueberry juice to the pudding. Put the blueberries + a little maple syrup + a little water into a blender to make a thicker blueberry juice
