I still had dried bao shreds at home, so I took them out and mixed them with it. We often eat this side dish in restaurants. It’s actually quite simple and you can make it at home. You can mix a large plate for less than three yuan, which you can't get in a restaurant for ten yuan.

Clean the salted kelp shreds and soak them for two hours, changing the water halfway;
