Spicy cabbage and fried bacon
Overview
Recently, I wanted to eat something spicy and sour, so I went to a nearby supermarket to buy spicy cabbage. I went to the China Condiment Exhibition in Shanghai at the end of last year. There was a store that sold Korean condiments. The exhibition booth was making spicy cabbage and stir-fried pork belly on the spot. The aroma was overflowing! Now that the weather is getting hotter and hotter, pork belly won’t last long in a dormitory without a refrigerator, but slightly processed meat products with high salt content are fine, such as bacon~ Spicy cabbage is a fermented food, which is good for the body, plus smoked bacon, eh, cheese. As the saying goes - bacon is power!
