  1. Wash the sea bass, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 1 hour, then add ginger, green onion, cooking wine and olive oil

  2. Put it into a steamer and steam over high heat for about 20 minutes

  3. Pour in appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce and serve
