Fried squid with black fungus
Overview
I bought a squid in the supermarket today. Its trunk was relatively fat. I was the only one at home, so I ate the squid in two meals. I made spicy stir-fried squid chunks for the trunk part at noon. I saved the squid for dinner and fried it with black fungus. Baidu found that black fungus and squid are rich in protein, iron and collagen, which can make the skin tender and red. It can also prevent chronic diseases.
