Milk Core Truffle
Overview
The weather is getting colder, so I decided to add more clothes to the handmade milk balls I made last time. I didn't plan to make it into truffles, but as I was doing it I thought adding a layer of cocoa powder would make it look less bland. So I temporarily added a layer of cocoa powder. The bitterness of the cocoa quickly passed away, leaving only the rich milky aroma. I can't imagine how people who eat it will feel.

Prepare materials

Remove the icing

Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a bowl

Heat over water until melted

Put the milk ball into the chocolate liquid and roll a layer of chocolate

Place on rack to dry briefly

Add a layer of cocoa powder and roll it in

Place on rack and cool until chocolate is set

Wrap in candy wrapper
