Broccoli Egg Salad
Overview
Eat a slimming meal, but don't just go vegetarian. Add eggs and red meat and white meat. Use as little oil and salt as possible. The eggs I bought are small, 15 eggs total 750 grams, so one egg is about 50 grams. After being cooked and shelled, it is still calculated as 100 grams.

Wash the eggs and put them in an egg cooker to cook for 13 minutes. They should be taken out when they are cooked, but I didn't take them. The yolks were fully cooked and the color was not beautiful enough.

Take a piece of cooked corn and boil it in cold water.

Wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces.
