Put (cream) (30ml of milk) (appropriate amount of sugar) (a little salt) into a deeper container. Use an electric egg beater with only one stirring rod and beat until thick. [This process takes a little longer, about 10 to 20 minutes].

Milk tea part: Boil water, put in 2 tea bags, lift the tea bags up and down to make the tea leaves fully contact with the water, cover it, and take out the tea bags after 3 minutes. Add 100ml of warm milk to the tea, and then add an appropriate amount of sugar. The milk tea part is done. Finally, use a small spoon to add the milk cap one spoon at a time. The homemade milk cap is finished.

The ratio of milk in the milk cap can be increased appropriately. I have tried that as long as it does not exceed 1:1, it can be whipped. However, the higher the milk ratio, the longer the whipping time will be. So don’t be greedy and add too much milk.
