Celery Lily
Overview
My specialty love dish - celery lily. Celery contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, and plant fiber, while lily clears the heart and moisturizes the lungs. The two complement each other.

To prepare the ingredients, I chose dried lilies, soaked and blanched in advance; selected an appropriate amount of carrots, celery, and fungus (appropriate amount of garnish)

Wash the celery, remove the roots, cut into sections with a diagonal knife, soak the lilies and set aside, slice the carrots, and dice the onions and garlic.

Heat the pot, add water to boil, add a little oil and salt.

Pour in the celery and lily boiling water. After about 20 seconds, quickly remove the celery and lily and drain.

Heat a clean pot, add oil, and add onions and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

Add carrots, celery and lily and stir-fry. Remove from the pot, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and a little sugar and stir-fry until flavourful.

Take it out of the pan, plate it up, and enjoy your feast!
