After the chicken wings are thawed, soak them in water for about an hour, then squeeze out the excess water one by one with your hands, and then use a fork to pierce both sides a few times to make them marinate easily.

Mix all the ingredients evenly, and let the sugar melt. There is also 5 grams of Hungarian sweet pepper powder in the original recipe. I didn’t add it because it was not available. The finished product is also very delicious. This amount can marinate approximately 20 chicken wings.

Mix the chicken wings with the prepared marinade evenly and massage each one with your hands for a short while. Refrigerate for a day or night. You can marinate more at a time, then freeze, and just take it out and bake it next time.
