-
Bite the purple sweet potato in the microwave for ten minutes. Let it sit for a while until cooked. Add powdered sugar and melt butter while it is hot. Stir thoroughly. Reserve one-tenth of the mixed purple sweet potato puree for the filling.
-
Add eggs, flour, and dough to the remaining purple potatoes, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
-
Roll the dough into thin sheets of about 3MM, and use a mold with a diameter of 5CM to press out circles.
-
Stack at least 3 pieces one after another. Take a small piece of purple sweet potato puree, roll it into a column and set it aside to make a flower core. Use chopsticks to make an indent in the middle without breaking it.
-
Start rolling up the flower core.
-
Cut it off in the middle, where the chopsticks made the indentation.
-
Place the cross-section face down, gently roll the petals outward, and the beautiful pocket rose is ready. (Flower cores can also be used, raisins, and raisins.) Put the prepared roses in the microwave oven and heat it on high for 2 minutes. Take it out to dry for a while. Change the positions of the middle and sides, and put it in the microwave on high heat for 2 minutes.

Delicious purple sweet potato and rose soft-flavored pastries are out of the oven, arranged on the plate and concave shape.
