Original grilled prawns
Overview
Green shrimps are rich in protein, phosphorus and calcium, and are a good food for children. In the past, only boiled shrimps were eaten by children, but even if onions and ginger were added, there would still be a slight fishy smell. After roasting the shrimps in the oven, the shrimps were dry and fragrant, without the fishy smell, and only had a strong aroma of shrimp meat. The children ate more than ten shrimps in one go. Adults can chew the shell directly, which is crispy and fragrant.
