I tried out Xuechu's mold. This 6-inch live-bottom cake mold uses imported Huafu coating. The quality is really good! This time I tried making yogurt cake! Also added some blueberries on top!

  8. Pour back into the remaining meringue and mix evenly

  9. Brush the mold with a layer of oil in advance

  10. Pour the mixed batter into the mold and knock out the air bubbles

  11. Carefully place the blueberries one by one on the surface of the batter

  12. Use the water bath method, preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for 40 minutes
