Blueberry yogurt cake
Overview
I tried out Xuechu's mold. This 6-inch live-bottom cake mold uses imported Huafu coating. The quality is really good! This time I tried making yogurt cake! Also added some blueberries on top!

Separate the whites and yolks of the 2 eggs

Add corn oil and yogurt to the egg yolk

Beat evenly

Add sugar to the egg whites in three batches and beat

Beat egg whites until wet peaks

Sift the flour into the egg yolk batter and stir evenly

Add 1/3 of the meringue to the egg yolk batter and mix evenly

Pour back into the remaining meringue and mix evenly

Brush the mold with a layer of oil in advance

Pour the mixed batter into the mold and knock out the air bubbles

Carefully place the blueberries one by one on the surface of the batter

Use the water bath method, preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for 40 minutes

When the time is up, don’t take it out immediately, put it in the oven for 30 minutes

Take out the cake and let it cool completely

Easily unmold after cooling completely. It is best to put it in the refrigerator to taste better
