Prepare chili oil and peppercorn oil. I fried the chili oil myself.

In a small bowl, pour one spoon of soy sauce, two spoons of sour vinegar, one spoon of red oil, and one spoon of sesame oil.

Prepare small frozen wontons. The ones I bought were stuffed with shepherd's purse.

When putting frozen wontons into the pot, the frozen things must be put into the pot with cold water first, and then slowly cooked as the temperature rises.

Put the cooked wontons into a bowl and add seasonings. Finally add mustard cubes, chopped green onions and white sesame seeds. Add a small amount of water, don't add too much, otherwise it will turn into red soup wontons.
