Mango Panna Cotta
Overview
Panna Cotta, a traditional Italian dessert, is a very simple and delicious dish, and the presentation effect is very eye-catching, so it is worth trying. Most panna cotta is pure panna cotta with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Here I want to make a change and make a panna cotta mixed with mango pulp. I think it will have a milky and mango flavor after one spoonful, which should be good.

Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients first, be careful to use tasteless isinglass powder
-
First pour the milk into a small bowl, sprinkle with isinglass powder, and wait for 4 to 5 minutes until the isinglass powder softens
-
Now let’s cut a mango and show off your knife skills, haha. After turning the mango into a flower shape, use a knife to slowly cut off the small pieces. I found that this method can avoid getting the mango pulp on your hands. The remaining pulp on the peel can be gnawed clean
-
Pour the milk and softened isinglass powder into a thick-bottomed cooking pot, heat over low heat and stir for about 5 minutes until the isinglass powder is completely melted. Be careful not to boil the milk during the entire process
-
Then add fresh cream, honey, sugar and a little salt, continue to heat and stir for 5 minutes until the sugar is completely melted, all ingredients are fully mixed, remove from the heat and sift
-
Let the liquid cool down first, and then you can pour it into bottles and jars. Here I want to show you two versions, so I chose the two cups
-
Then add the mango chunks, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight

This is the version of glass panna cotta. It’s very simple, add a few pieces of mango, and sprinkle with a little meringue crumbs to increase the crispy texture
-
The coffee cup version of panna cotta can be prepared like this: first dip the coffee cup in hot water, then invert it on a plate to remove the panna cotta
