1. 1 Mix dark chocolate, butter, and whipped cream into chocolate sauce

   

2. 2 Add rum, mix well and refrigerate.

   

3. 3 When the chocolate liquid is semi-solidified, form it into a ball, add additional melted chocolate liquid (60g), roll in cocoa powder or matcha powder or coconut or pistachio chips, and place on cooking paper.

   

4. 4 Wait for cooling

   

5. 5 Finished product
