Overview
The cabbage moss is grown by my mother, so I don’t have to worry about chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The cabbage moss is the moss pulled out of the cabbage core in the spring. You can pinch the tip of the cabbage moss and eat it. The vegetable moss is green in color, fresh and delicious, and has the same functions as cabbage. The cabbage moss can be used to cook soup or stir-fry. In Yunnan, potatoes are called potatoes. Potatoes are rich in dietary fiber, which can help promote gastrointestinal motility and clear the intestines. The soup made with cabbage moss and potato is light and refreshing. Wash the cabbage moss in water.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thick strips, cut the green onions into sections and set aside.
