Colorful fruit tart
Overview
I am a lazy person, very lazy. In fact, I have dozens of recipes on my computer, but I am too lazy to upload them and I am afraid of typing a lot of words. The same goes for making delicious food. I will make whatever is convenient and simple. This fruit tart was made for afternoon tea on Sunday for my son and his friends. It is simple but delicious. With a pot of milk tea made by myself, the boys ate it happily. . . . .

Steps
-
Pour the flour, oil, sugar and eggs into the plate and mix
-
Use a spoon to stir the flour evenly (no need to knead until smooth, very convenient),
-
Pour a spoonful into the tower mold and press evenly,
-
Use a knife and fork to lightly poke holes in the dough at the bottom of the tart,
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes,
-
Wash and cut all kinds of fruits into cubes and set aside. (You can change the fruits to whatever you like)
-
Spread salad dressing on the baked tart shell,
-
It is decorated with various fruits. Although it is not very exquisite, it is delicious. (No need to roll or knead the dough, good news for lazy people, haha)
