Bacon Chicken Wraps

Thinly sliced chicken breast;

Marinate the chicken slices with salt, cooking wine, black pepper and thyme for half an hour;

Cut cucumbers and carrots into thin strips about the same width as bacon; cut mushrooms into strips; cut broccoli into small florets

Spread the marinated chicken slices on a cutting board, add carrot sticks, cucumber sticks and mushroom slices and roll them into chicken rolls

Cut the bacon in half and wrap the chicken with a piece of bacon

After rolling everything up, brush with a layer of oil

Heat some oil in a pan, add bacon and chicken rolls and fry, with the bacon joint facing down

Fry the chicken over low heat for as long as possible. During the frying process, keep turning the chicken rolls to make them even. Finally, grind in some chopped black pepper

Take it out, cut it into small pieces, and serve with your favorite sauce
