Wash the ribs, chop into small pieces, marinate with salt and oil for 15-20 minutes

Cut the old tofu into 2*1 cm thick pieces

Spread the old tofu flatly on the bottom of the plate, and then place the spareribs on the tofu. Steam over water. After the water boils, steam for 15 minutes.
