Soak the roots of chicken wings in water to remove blood and clean them.

Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 1-2 hours (longer time will enhance the flavor)

Put the marinated chicken wings in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Then fry in oil pan.

Fry until browned on both sides.

Take out a large bowl and sprinkle cumin powder and chili powder into it. Mix well.
