Ingredients
Steps
-
After buying the apples, wash the skin with salt and soak them in salt water for half an hour.
-
Rinse well and cut into pieces.
-
Soak the cut apples in lightly salted water to prevent them from discoloring.
-
Rinse and throw into the juicer.
-
Pour the juice into a steel pot and add rock sugar to boil.
-
Squeeze the lemon juice. I squeezed in the whole lemon juice. Friends who don't like sourness can squeeze less. Cook until the water evaporates and the jam becomes thick. Use a spoon to scoop up the jam and turn it upside down. If the jam hangs on the spoon, it means the jam is ready. Turn off the heat.

The sweet and sour applesauce is no worse than the ones sold outside.
