Salt the cabbage for about two days

Drain the water and cut into mahjong pieces. You don’t have to cut it. Cut a cabbage in half.

Cut pears, white radish and leeks into shreds and set aside

Shredded ginger, minced garlic, set aside

Condiments are sold in supermarkets

Use an oil-free pot to make water. After boiling the pot, pour the chili powder, fish sauce, (add according to your own taste) glutinous rice flour diluted with water into the pot and stir quickly until it becomes thick. Remove from heat until cool.

Ingredients, add the main ingredients and stir evenly

Taste if it's spicy or not and add more. Well done.
