These are prepared glutinous rice balls. I didn’t think of posting the recipe before, so I didn’t take pictures of the ingredients. Let me explain in words: the pork and shiitake mushroom part (I have a meat grinder, the shiitake mushrooms are not the kind of dried shiitake mushrooms that are dried in the sun, but large shiitake mushrooms, minced into shiitake mushrooms and minced meat, and mixed with soy sauce). Glutinous rice part (soak for one morning, then add dark soy sauce and delicious fresh soy sauce to soak for one hour). Egg yolk part (cut in half, I bought ready-made salted egg yolk). Then the egg yolk is wrapped in meat fillings, wrapped in a layer of glutinous rice, and served in a pot
