Spicy eggplant strips
Overview
My mother used a stone mill to grind peanuts and red pepper into peanut butter. The taste was much more fragrant than what I made with a food processor. She took it home and often spread it on steamed buns without side dishes. This time I tried to use it to cook, spicy fried eggplant, salty, spicy and delicious, perfect for rice.
