Potato braised rice
Overview
This is a meal I used to eat when I was a kid. We call it potato crispy rice here, but it’s actually potato stewed rice. But at that time, it was braised in a wood-fired stove, which made it more fragrant, and the rice crispy rice was crispy and fragrant.
