Ingredients: Luffa, clams (washed after spitting out the sediment)

Peel and clean the loofah.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the clams into a pot of water and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Bring to a boil and cook until the clams open slightly.

Then, add the cut loofah, stir and bring to a boil.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Season and mix well and serve.
