Bread machine version of glutinous rice cakes and rice cakes
Overview
The new bread machine I bought has a rice cake function, and I couldn’t wait to try it. You can add powdered sugar or not. I think if you don’t have powdered sugar, it’s OK without adding it.

The glutinous rice cakes with shredded coconut and bean paste are completed. I wrapped 8 pieces in total. The remaining rice cakes were wrapped in oiled plastic wrap and placed in the refrigerator. When hard, slice them and eat them^_^
