Tofu mixed with purslane
Overview
It rained today and it was so cool outside. I went for a walk and picked a handful of purslane and bought a piece of tofu. It was very refreshing to eat mixed vegetables today, so let’s eat it mixed with it.

Wash purslane.

Boil water in a pot.
