Cold Mao Nicai
Overview
Today I met a wild vegetable seller at the vegetable market. I don’t know what the scientific name of this vegetable is. Our common name here is: Maonicai. The name is interesting, right? ! This kind of vegetable is a wild vegetable that grows in spring. It can be eaten cold or cooked, and it is very delicious. After mixing a plate, my husband and I couldn't get enough of it.
