Wash the vegetable tips and set aside.

Add water to the pot and be sure to add some salt. This will keep the leaves green and not discolored.

After the water boils, pour in the tender tips and use chopsticks to quickly turn it over. Remember to use chopsticks to turn it over so that every vegetable leaf touches the water and changes color quickly.

When you see the tips of the vegetables changing color, take them out immediately, add vegetable sauce, vinegar and other seasonings, and mix well.
