Have all ingredients ready.

Put the water in the pot and bring to a boil. Put the shrimps in the pot for 2 minutes and remove the shells and set aside. Put the abalone in the pot for 1 and a half minutes and set aside. The squid only takes 30 seconds. I also boiled the onions in hot water for 30 seconds to remove the spiciness (you can also soak them in ice water to make them crispier).
