Ganoderma soaked in water
Overview
This summer, with nothing to do, I drove to Qinhuangdao for swimming with my friends. On the way, I made a special trip to Anguo, the medical capital, and purchased some Chinese herbal medicines, including Ganoderma lucidum, ginseng, wolfberry, jujube, angelica, cordyceps, dendrobium, etc. Everyone said that the herbs are used to prepare medicines when they arrive in Anguo. After I came back, I specially made Ganoderma soaked in water (I specifically consulted an old Chinese medicine doctor in Anguo). I wrote it down to share with you today. I will upload other previous consumption methods in the future. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. The wolfberry I use is Ningxia special-grade wolfberry, which can nourish the liver, nourish the kidneys, moisten the lungs, replenish deficiency and essence, clear away heat and improve eyesight. Ningxia wolfberry is also available in a timely manner. The price varies greatly. The Ganoderma lucidum I use is Qidatang’s imitation wild basswood purple Ganoderma lucidum, which can regulate blood sugar, prevent or reduce complications, regulate blood sugar pressure, regulate neurasthenia, and treat stubborn insomnia. There are more types of Ganoderma lucidum, there are dozens of them that I have seen.

Steps
-
Prepare wolfberry, Qidatang purple Ganoderma slices and other materials. It is best to break the purple Ganoderma slices into sections, but it is not necessary to break them.
-
Add to the casserole and add 1000 ml of water to the casserole. Heat the pot over high heat. After boiling, lower the heat and cook until it reaches about 300 ml.
-
Pour the Ganoderma lucidum water into a cup and you are ready to take it. Save the remaining ingredients so you can cook it again at night.
