Wash the fruit peas. Soak the fungus in cold water, slice the carrots, blanch them and set aside.

Heat 50% oil in a pan, add ginger slices, sauté ginger slices until fragrant, add fruit and peas, stir-fry quickly over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
