Prepare the ingredients (I forgot to take a photo of the ginger and millet)

Slice ginger, slice spicy millet, slice sausage, cut green bamboo shoots into diamond shapes, wash and fold white fungus into small pieces

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and stir-fry the ginger, millet, spicy and sausage (stir-fry the sausage until it is slightly rolled up) and add a little cooking wine

Add green bamboo shoots and stir-fry together

Add white fungus and stir fry together
