  1. Take out the mango pulp from each Taimang and set aside

  2. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add sago, bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes

  3. Cook until the sago is translucent and has a core in the middle, then turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes

  4. Add condensed milk to the bowl, pour in pure milk, mix well and set aside

  5. Rinse the sago in cold water and put it into a bowl

  6. Pour in the prepared pure milk

  7. Add diced mango, stir and serve
