Cut the tofu into small pieces, add a small amount of cooking oil in a hot pan, and fry the tofu until brown! Serve in a bowl and set aside!

Because I'm too lazy to wash the pot, I just used a frying pan for this step. It would be better to use a deeper pot! Wash the tomatoes and slice them into pieces, add some water to make the juice!

Pour the freshly fried tofu on top, cover the pot and simmer!

Add an appropriate amount of edible salt, and the juice is almost ready to serve! It’s that simple and done! When I was a kid, I especially liked sour and sweet ones!
