Homemade children’s meat floss

I didn't like eating meat floss before, but babies like it. Ever since I learned how to make pork floss, I fell in love with it. Not to mention the two treasures, they were eaten as snacks

Wash the lean meat and cut it into small pieces, add water to the pot, add the lean meat and cooking wine and bring to a boil

Take out the lean meat and wash it with cold water

Put the lean meat into the electric pressure cooker, add star anise, ginger, salt and water, and press the cook button

When the meat is done, take it out and drain the water, then put it into a hand-crank juicer and shake

Shake it two or three more times and the meat will fall apart

Heat the pot, add the meat and stir-fry, add soy sauce and sugar. When the water is gone, turn down the heat and continue to stir-fry, pat the meat apart while frying, and stir-fry until the meat is crispy. Just taste it until you like it

Pour into the food processor and start stirring to make it fluffier and more delicate

Heat the pot, add the washed sesame seeds, drain the water, turn down the heat and stir-fry until the sesame seeds change color and turn off the heat
