Wash the egg shells, break them into a bowl, and stir evenly. Select the green vegetables, wash them and control the moisture.

After preheating the wok, add an appropriate amount of oil. When the oil temperature rises, pour in the egg liquid.

Stir fry into pieces and put into a bowl.

Then add a little oil, fry the garlic and add the green vegetables.

Stir-fry for a few times and then add appropriate amount of salt, Nande and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry until the vegetables are almost cooked, add in the egg cubes

Stir fry evenly until vegetables are cooked through.
