1. 1 Remove the heads of enoki mushrooms and wash them

   

2. 2 Tear the enoki mushrooms apart

   

3. 3 Meat, chili, shredded ginger

   

4. 4 After the oil is hot, add chili and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

   

5. 5 Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry

   

6. 6 Add some salt and MSG
