Peel and drain potatoes. Cut the potatoes into 4mm intervals without cutting off the bottom.

Wrap it with tin foil, put it in the oven at 220 degrees with upper and lower heat, and bake for 45 minutes.

Take out the potatoes, remove the tin foil, cut the sliced ham into semi-circles, brush both sides with a layer of black pepper salad dressing, insert each piece into the gaps of the potatoes, and then use a brush to brush another layer on the surface of the potatoes.

Finally sprinkle some cumin and pepper on top.

Place in the oven and bake on the middle rack at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
