Blueberry Mousse Cake

Blueberry Mousse Cake

Overview

Birthdays come every year, and I haven’t had cake on my birthday for a long time. After I learned how to make cakes, we often ate cakes, but we never dared to decorate them. Later, after I learned how to make them, I just wanted to make a mousse. In fact, I have already done this once on my son’s birthday, but unfortunately it was not that successful, so my confidence was suddenly hit again. On my birthday, I thought about trying it anyway. I bought cheap blueberries and delicious yogurt when I went to the supermarket, so I planned to make a blueberry mousse cake. This time, the mousse was made very well and the cake was baked well. However, the cake was too thick, which resulted in less mousse and uneven surface. It was a tragedy. Don’t be afraid. I bought a lot of blueberries, so I put a lid on it and it looked good. It feels really good to eat cakes made by yourself. They are all made with healthy ingredients and are genuine. It may be more expensive than buying a cake, but eating it is full of happiness. If my husband does it for me, maybe I will feel happier.
